A member panel constitued by Delhi by Delhi university vice-chancellor yogesh singh has noted that not the surounding states of uttar pradesh, haryana or punjabbut its kerela board which has highhest admission percentage.

university of delhi panel says that the states board of kerela send the highest numbers of students to the varsity among other states.
